When will Lotsights launch?
We're currently in private development and targeting early access in 2026. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when we open signups.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Lotsights uses JWT authentication, encrypted connections, and a full audit trail on every action. No personal tenant data is ever sent to the AI engine — only anonymized property and financial metrics. We also support GDPR-compliant account deletion.
Do you support provinces outside Ontario?
Yes. Our AI tracks rent increase guidelines across all 13 Canadian provinces and territories. The Ontario Standard Lease PDF generator is Ontario-specific, but core property management, insights, and work orders work for any Canadian property.
Can I import existing property data?
Lotsights supports bulk data entry through spreadsheet-style grids with clipboard paste. You can also use the JSON backup/restore feature for full account data import.
What AI model powers the insights?
Lotsights uses Anthropic's Claude AI with real-time web search to generate market rent estimates, risk scores, and recommendations grounded in current Canadian rental market data.
How are pricing tiers determined?
